I have been a practicing Naturopath for over 20 years, specialising in Nutritional and Herbal Medicine.
I am also a qualified Gentle Yoga Teacher who has designed a modified form of Hatha Yoga
to suit inflexible, stiff bodies. Classes are holistically designed to keep you safe and
support people with injuries; offering individual posture modifications when needed.

I’ve spent the last 20 years as a Nutritionist, Herbalist and Naturopath and am a fervent health advocate for preventative health.

I use Nutritional and Herbal Medicine in my practice. I am a personable, intuitive practitioner, able to sift through health issues finding the ‘driver’ of your current ill health.

I work with you to design a constructive achievable health plan. This allows you to improve incrementally, to give time for adaption toward a healthier long term lifestyle.

Specialities include stress, digestion, allergies, skin complaints. I have further experience managing infertility, anxiety, exhaustion and fatigue, inflammation, leaky gut, Irritable Bowel Syndrome,
weight issues, child and senior health.

As an experienced practitioner, I have a realistic philosophy of adapting a client’s needs to what is achievable within their current situation.

I first started seeing Keri 5 months ago as I was fatigued and unwell from reflux-related lung disease and from taking strong medication for a long period of time.

 I have been on ongoing antibiotics and strong anti-fungal medications for the duration of my illness and have seen dozens of doctors and specialists.

 Keri has been absolutely amazing.  She provided support while I was going through medical treatment and as a result of following her sound advice, taking nutritional and herbal remedies and changing my diet, my energy levels are now better than ever before and my health has improved out of sight.  I am also almost medication free.

Hatha Yoga

~ IYTA Teacher Training Diploma – 350 hrs ~

I am passionate about the mind/body connection in health and teach Gentle Hatha Yoga classes with this as a central theme. I encourage all students to work at their own individual level. My classes are small and individualised where possible, supporting student’s needs within the class format.

My teaching style is friendly, open, warm-hearted and welcoming. 

I teach the principals of embracing breath techniques in a bid to undo our habitual ‘stress response’ moving to a ‘relaxation response’ while practicing. The classes are fun, achievable and non-threatening. I can easily adapt postures for injuries, modifying movement with the use of chairs, props, walls instead of normal floor-based postures.

Relaxation and meditation plays a large part in these classes. 

All classes are themed with an intention that flows throughout the teaching.
Students learn yoga postures, breath, relaxation and meditation techniques.

One-on-one Yoga Plan consultations are available via Keri’s Naturopathic Clinic at Haberfield Health. 

This involves reviewing your current physical health and designing a simple personalised Yoga home practice.
Naturopathic consultations are available Wednesdays & Saturdays.

I found it very relaxing and enjoyable after a hard days work. The hall is spacious and has a pleasant ambience! These classes were originally labelled “Gentle Yoga” and this has proven to be the case.

From the first week my lower back pain improved. I liked the focus on breathing combined with gentle movement and stretching.
